Meanwhile, Rhonda Montgomery hit gold in the 200m and bronze in the 100m in the VF40 category. A fantastic performance from both runners and just rewards for their hard work.
On Thursday evening 5 Larne runners made the long trek to Limavady for the Round the Bridges 10 mile race.
A lovely mild evening and flat course made for ideal racing conditions and the Larne runners made the most of this with personal bests all round.
